Features & Articles

A bit of history

I’ve been writing features and articles for around thirty years; it started when I approached a local paper (The Banbury Guardian) with an idea for a fitness column. I later took this to local radio where I had a regular slot discussing fitness and reviewing exercise videos (remember them??)

When I started my marketing business in 2002 I started writing articles about using the internet in business, email marketing and online communications. My work was published in a variety of print journals including Arts Professional, Classical Music, Caterer & Hotelkeeper, Friday Ad, Marketing and Market Leader, and extensively online.

Since about 2012 I’ve been increasingly less interested and involved in marketing, and more in poetry and writing. So although during this time I wrote three books on blogging and two ‘how to’ ebooks about Twitter, I no longer write articles on marketing topics.
